QUEENSLAND - A bull of the Texas Longhorn, will likely break the record as the longest bull by the horns in the world. Texas bull's horns of a very long and reaches two meters.
JR horns measuring two meters seemed still to develop into an even longer, given his age as young as seven years. However, JR is not coming from the United States (USA), JR is the animals that were treated in a special breeding Texas Longhorn bull in Australia.
JR treat livestock in Queensland, Australia, and has land which covers 1100 hectares. JR has been entered in the Guinness World Record, and given the nickname Shadow Jubilee.
Owner JR, Michael Bethel and his wife, Lynda, was maintaining Longhorn bull 14 years ago.
"JR was always happy and in good shape. We do not give special treatment, we just let him eat the grass with a kangaroo. He was seven years old and still going to grow. Bull Longhorn generally can last up to 20 years old and still going elongated horns, "Michael said as quoted by the Daily Mail, Wednesday (02/15/2012).
Because JR, Michael's farm was visited by the tourists. The tourists who visit the farm are welcome to ride horse-drawn carriage that will be circling the meadow where the bulls were.
